Terms of service

Version of 31 July 2026

This is a translation. Wyncove's legal documents are drafted in French, and the French version is the only binding one. This English text is provided so that an English-speaking reader can review the terms; in the event of any discrepancy between the two, the French version prevails.

These terms govern access to and use of the Wyncove service. Creating an account constitutes acceptance of the version in force on the day the account is created, the date of which appears above.

To be completed before the first sale: full identity of the publisher (article 1), the billing and payment arrangements retained (article 5), and the competent court (article 9). As long as access is granted manually, no contract is concluded merely by visiting the site.

1. Purpose and parties

The service makes it possible to upload contracts in PDF or Word format, to extract a set of information from them automatically, to consult them in a register and to receive reminders ahead of decision deadlines. It is intended for professional use.

The publisher is identified in the legal notice. The customer is the organisation in whose name the account is opened; the users are the people it invites.

2. Account access

Authentication uses a single-use link sent to a work email address: there is no password to remember, and therefore no password to steal. The link expires fifteen minutes after it is issued and works only once.

The customer is responsible for control of its mailbox: anyone with access to it can request a sign-in link. The customer is also responsible for the invitations it issues — each one is named and logged.

Access is granted on request. The publisher may refuse or suspend access, in particular in the event of use contrary to article 4.

3. Plans, volumes and seats

Each organisation is attached to a plan that determines a maximum number of tracked contracts and of user seats:

PlanTracked contractsSeatsMonthly price, excl. VAT
Trial31free, no credit card
Starter1001€79
Growth5005€249
Scale2,00010€599

Reaching a ceiling prevents the addition of a new contract or a new seat; it deletes nothing and does not restrict access to what already exists. Deleted contracts do not count towards the ceiling. Pending invitations occupy a seat until they are accepted or cancelled.

4. Prohibited uses

  • Uploading documents over which the customer has no rights, or whose disclosure to a processor is prohibited to it.
  • Attempting to access another organisation's data, or to circumvent the separation built into the service.
  • Using the service for automated volumes unrelated to normal professional use, or testing its security without written authorisation.
  • Reselling access to the service or making it available to a third party.

5. Price, billing and term

Prices appear in article 3 and are stated excluding tax. The trial is free and requires no credit card, limited to 3 contracts.

The subscription has no minimum term: it may be cancelled at any time with effect at the end of the current period, by a simple written request to contact@wyncove.fr. No automatic renewal beyond the period paid for is enforceable against the customer without its agreement.

6. What the service guarantees, and what it does not

Extraction is performed by a language model. The service is designed to make its results verifiable rather than to assert them: every value comes with the exact passage of the contract it was taken from, highlighted in the document; a value absent from the contract is presented as absent and never guessed; an uncertain value is submitted for confirmation instead of being asserted.

This amounts to an obligation of means, not of result. The publisher guarantees neither the exhaustive accuracy of the extracted information nor the effective receipt of a reminder. The customer remains responsible for monitoring its own contractual deadlines; reminders are a memory aid, not a substitute for that responsibility. It is for the customer to check the fields submitted for confirmation, and to correct any inaccurate value — every field can be edited, and the correction is logged.

Save in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, the publisher's liability for performance of the service is limited to the amounts actually paid by the customer during the twelve months preceding the triggering event. Indirect damage — in particular loss of opportunity, commercial harm, or the cost of a renewal that was not terminated — is not compensable.

The service is provided as it operates, with no quantified service level commitment at this stage. Maintenance interruptions are announced where they are foreseeable.

7. Customer data

Uploaded documents and extracted data belong to the customer. The publisher processes them as a processor, for the sole purposes of the service. They are not used to train any artificial intelligence model.

The customer is the controller and the publisher the processor within the meaning of the GDPR. The commitments that status entails — instructions, confidentiality, security, sub-processors, the fate of data at the end of the contract, assistance with data subject rights — are set out in the data processing agreement, which is an annex to these terms and applies from the creation of an account. A signed copy may be requested.

Corrections made by the customer may be reused, in anonymised form, to measure and improve extraction quality; the customer may object, and that objection is recorded at the level of its organisation. The detail appears in the privacy policy.

At the end of the contract, the customer may export its data. It is then deleted within the periods announced by the privacy policy.

8. Legal scope

Wyncove does not provide legal advice. The service returns contract extracts and date calculations; it characterises no breach, issues no opinion and replaces no legal professional. Any decision taken on the basis of that information is the customer's.

9. Amendment, governing law

These terms may be amended. Any substantial amendment is notified to customers before it takes effect; continued use constitutes acceptance, and a customer who refuses may terminate free of charge.

French law applies. As the parties are professionals, they will endeavour to settle any dispute amicably before any legal action.
